Travel Shipping Methods:

Ground Transportation

  • Service Areas: We provide ground transportation services to select regions within the United States. Please contact us to confirm if your location falls within our service area.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Upon confirmation of your purchase, we will arrange and confirm a travel date, coordinating with the breeder to ensure your puppy is prepared for transit.
  • Pickup and Delivery Process: Our team will collect your puppy from the breeder and transport them directly to your residence or a pre-arranged third-party location.
  • Rates:
    • Eastern Ground Route (Thursday through Friday): $425 to your door.
    • Southern Ground Route (Wednesday through Friday): $425 to your door.
    • Northern Midwest Ground Route (Wednesday through Thursday): $425 to your door; $350 for meeting at Chicago O’Hare airport, available every Thursday.


Flight Nanny Service

  • Service Overview: For destinations beyond our ground transportation routes, we offer a flight nanny service. A dedicated caregiver will accompany your puppy during air travel, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the journey.
  • Coordination and Scheduling: We will arrange and confirm a travel date with our flight nannies based on availability and coordinate with the breeder to ensure your puppy is ready for their journey.
  • Pickup and Delivery Process: Our flight nanny will collect your puppy from the breeder, have a third-party veterinarian perform necessary health checks, and deliver the puppy to your designated airport.
  • Service Rate: $1,295.


Customer Pickup

  • Location: Customers are welcome to collect their puppy directly from our facility at 4392 County Road 160, Millersburg, OH 44654 USA.
  • Scheduling: Please contact us to arrange a convenient pickup time.
  • Identification Requirements: Ensure you bring valid identification and any necessary documentation at the time of pickup.


Customer Responsibilities
