Please note that we do not accept personal checks or financing options at this time.
2. Deposits & Balance Payments
- A $500 deposit is required to reserve a French Bulldog puppy.
- Full payments are also accepted at any time.
- The remaining balance must be paid upon the scheduled pickup date.
Refund Policy: Deposits are non-refundable under normal circumstances. However, in the event of an unforeseen issue on our end, we may offer a refund or credit at our discretion.
3. Payment Confirmation & Processing Time
- Once a payment is made, customers will receive an email confirmation containing transaction details and a receipt.
- Payments are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
4. Credit & Refund Policies
- Refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of Kingdom Frenchies.
- Store credit may be issued in cases where a customer needs to transfer their deposit to a future puppy.
5. Security & Fraud Protection
- All transactions are secured with SSL encryption to ensure your personal and financial details remain protected.
- We do not store credit card details on our servers; all payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway.
- Be cautious of phishing scams—Kingdom Frenchies will never request sensitive card payment information via email or phone calls.
6. Troubleshooting Payment Issues
If you experience any issues with your payment, here are some common resolutions:
- Declined transactions: Ensure your card has sufficient funds, is not expired, and is authorized for online purchases.
- Pending payments: Payments may take up to 2 business days to fully process. If your payment remains pending beyond this timeframe, please contact us.
